I just wanted to write a note to thank you so much for your assistance in the selling of our home in Charlotte and the successful purchase of a new one.
In a challenging market, because of your expertise and knowledge, we successfully sold our home for a good price. In following all of your advice we were able to show our home's true potential, price it properly and sell it successfully.
We did come across some challenging buyers for which I am grateful that we had your knowledge, experience and professionalism to protect our interests. Before we even heard of the problem, you had it taken care of. For taking on what would have been stressful moments for us, thank God we had the best real estate agents around.
I've heard lately that some do not see the need for representation by professionals in the real estate market. They want to save money. My fear for them is the cost of a grave error down the road without professional representation. If only they knew the time and energy you gave us, the stress avoided and the forseen potential issues avoided by having proper representation. The reality, I feel, is that you do not make enough for all of the time invested on each and every client.
Even in the purchase of our new home from a builder, there were many things that you took care of, that I would never have known to do if we only had the builder's agent available to us. The builder's agent was kind and seemed as though she was looking out for us... but the reality is that she is the builder's agent.
We have purchased and sold a few homes over the years and by far you are the best agents we have ever worked with!
