Steve Perri
Steve was born in New York, raised in Ft. Lauderdale, and has been a Charlotte resident for 35 years. Steve has been involved in real estate for 32 years. Many of those years (12) were spent representing national builders for new home construction. Steve also has a lot of years experience in resale homes, and will sell either new or resale! Steve is consistently a member of the RE/MAX elite Platinum Club Award. When not selling homes, you'll find Steve on his boat somewhere on Lake Norman, or teeing it up on the golf course! Steve & his wife have 2 lovely granddaughters & the most well behaved, cutest little Irish Setter puppy you'll ever see (according to the proud parents)...just ask him and he'll show you the pictures!! Kathy Hanson
Kathy has been in real estate for 12 years. Kathy has a home in Charlotte, as well as a vacation home on Lake Norman, so is very knowledgeable of both areas. In fact, if you are looking for a lake front home, let's go by boat and find it!! Kathy & her husband, Jim, have 2 children -a daughter who is currently attending UNCC, as well as a son who recently graduated from the University of North Carolina and is currently attending law school at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is very involved in the local happenings in and around Charlotte, and also up on the school changes. Jim Hanson
Jim Hanson is our marketing man. While we know how to sell houses, we rely heavily on Jim to make us look good through our ads, marketing, etc. Jim has a degree in marketing from Kent State University and over 23 years experience. His creative eye brings a professional beauty to all Perri/Hanson Team media. Jim has lived in the Charlotte area for over 13 years and knows how to capture the attention of the Charlotte market. He has been doing business in this area with a high degree of success. We appreciate all that he does for the Perri/Hanson Team and we know that you will enjoy the contributions he makes to the team.

Danielle
Danielle has lived in the Lake Norman area since 2002. She has been in real estate since 2004. In addition to being the Listing Coordinator for The Perri/Hanson Team she also owns a pet sitting company. She and her husband live in Huntersville with their 4 dogs and 2 cats.
