Giving Back to the Community!
Steve Perri & Kathy Hanson are very thankful for all the blessings that have
been bestowed upon us & our families throughout the years and truly enjoy
helping out those that are less fortunate.
Below are some of the charities of which we are currently involved.
If you know of a need that we could help with, please contact us.
We are in touch with a lot of people on a constant basis & have gotten
great responses when asking the community to come together for a cause.
(Our past & current clients are some of the kindest and most generous
people you will ever find!)
Children's Miracle Network
RE/MAX is one of the largest real estate networks, and has partnered with Children's Miracle Network since 1992. Since that time, RE/MAX has raised more than $85 million across North America, making them the second largest sponsor.
The Miracle Home® program generates the most donations. A Miracle Home creates an opportunity for Sales Associates to make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network member hospital aligned with their office on behalf of each transaction. The Perri/Hanson Team contributes a portion of our commission for every sale to the Miracle Home program.
RE/MAX Associates generated more than $9.8 million in donations last year alone.
Their marketing tagline, "Outstanding Agents. Outstanding Results," applies not only to real estate, but to helping kids as well.
Annual Coat Drive to Benefit the Charlotte Rescue Mission
Each winter, the Perri/Hanson Team conducts a coat drive to benefit the
homeless in our community. This is one of our most popular and successful
missions. Over the past 6 years, we have collected HUNDREDS of coats.
What a great feeling each time we drop off a load at the Charlotte Rescue
Mission!
**We are just finishing up our coat drive for 2008. However, if you still
have coats to donate, please email us and we will be more than happy to
pick up the coats from your home and deliver on your behalf!
Food Drive
Occasionally, we conduct food drives to help stock the shelves on the local
food pantrys. In this economy, the need is more critical than ever!
