What does a Buyer's Agent do?
- A buyers representative works soley for you and has no legal or other responsibilities to the seller.
- A buyers agent will help you present an offer, negotiate, and close a transaction.
- Most important, our services are FREE to the buyer in each and every purchase - the seller or the builder pays our commission!!
- When building a new home with a builder, you still MUT have your own representation - the person in the model home can and will write your contract, but they are strictly representing the builder. Therefore nobody is looking out fo the buyers needs. IT DOES NOT COST ANY MORE MONEY TO BUILD A NEW HOME IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BUYERS AGENT!

"This note and the gifts enclosed are to thank all of you for your assistance in selling our house.
To Steve and Kathy - for your counsel and for running over to prep and show the house when we were out of town - thank you!
To Gisele - for taking the pictures, creating beautiful brochures and for running out to replenish the brochures - thank you!
To Marta - for handling all of the closing issues and documents - thank you!
We were so glad the house was sold within the time frame that we expected. This was such a relief to us and we truly appreciate everyone on your team that lent a hand in the sales process. Thanks again!"
