What does a Buyer's Agent do?
- A buyers representative works soley for you and has no legal or other responsibilities to the seller.
- A buyers agent will help you present an offer, negotiate, and close a transaction.
- Most important, our services are FREE to the buyer in each and every purchase - the seller or the builder pays our commission!!
- When building a new home with a builder, you still MUT have your own representation - the person in the model home can and will write your contract, but they are strictly representing the builder. Therefore nobody is looking out fo the buyers needs. IT DOES NOT COST ANY MORE MONEY TO BUILD A NEW HOME IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BUYERS AGENT!

"We recently sold our home with THE PERRI/HANSON TEAM, specifically with Kathy Hanson. We would highly recommend that you work with them on your real estate needs due to our very positive experience.
Kathy has been very professional and easy to work with. She has always been there to answer questions and keep us informed on any changing market conditions.
During the selling process, she kept us up to date on feedback. She promptly answered all our calls.
THE PERRI/HANSON TEAM has also been equally helpful on the buying side as well and helped us get a great value on our new home! So although she will no longer be our neighbor, she will always be our friend."
